Image Rating Screen

Use this workflow when first entering content on the Image Rating Screen:

- Edit Items: you can fill out the rest of each category's or image's details.
- Image View: you can quickly edit the labels and images for each category and images and any subitems
- Organize Items: you can easily plan out the desired number and sequence of categories, images, and subitems.

Image View on the Image Rating Screen

On Image View, you can view all screen items simultaneously, allowing you to prepare your titles and images for this Screen. To edit further item details, switch to the Edit Items panel.

1. Click on the Category Title to open the "Edit Text" panel.

2. Click on the Image Title to open the "Edit Text" panel.

3. Click on the image you want to edit to open the "Edit Images" panel. You can replace, resize, crop, and upload the image.

Map Marker Screen

Edit and Organize your markers and locations for the Map Marker Screen.

Markers

Edit Markers on the Map Marker Screen

1. Click on the Marker you want to edit.

2. Click within the textbox to edit.

3. Click on the "View Icons" to choose your preferred icon from the marker icon library.

4. Set a limit of how many markers a participant can drop on the Map Marker Screen.

How to edit questions for each marker:

1. Expand the Marker you want to edit.

2. Select the question you want to edit.

3. Edit your question.

4. Select the Question Type. Please see different Question Types below.

Question Types:

Dropdown: Participants can choose one option. 

- - Options: Click to Edit, Reorder, Remove and Add options.
  - List prompt: Click to edit the prompt. The default select prompt is set to “Select…”.

Textbox: Participants are asked to enter a short text response. Suitable for answers such as a zip code and email address.

- - Type prompt: Click to edit the prompt. The default select prompt is set to “Type…”.

Organize Markers on the Map Marker Screen

Locations

Edit Locations on the Map Marker Screen

1. Click on the Location you want to edit.
2. Edit the Location name in the textbox
3. Input the Latitude
4. Input the Longitude
5. Select the type of zoom for your location

As you complete filling out the values (Latitude and Longitude) and setting the zoom level, a green checkmark displays indicating the location is saved. Please do not click on the "Save" button below. If you choose to Save current position please ignore steps 1 to 5.

Budget Allocation Screen

Edit and Organize your items and coins for the Budget Allocation Screen.

Funding Balance Screen

Edit and Organize the sliders Funding Balance Screen

Edit Items on the Funding Balance Screen

Click on the Funding you want to edit.
Click within the textbox to edit.
Indicate the number of slider notches for the selected Funding. The suggested values for each slider are a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 10.
This is where you can enter the value-added of each Funding. For example, if the value is “10” then each notch on the slider will be worth 10.
Add more information about each item in the pop-up content.
Indicate the unit for the total budget that you have allocated. You can use units such as percent, millions, and billions.
Click the thumbnail to open the Edit Image panel. Refer to our support articles to learn more about the Edit Images feature.
Change the color for each slider. Color codes need to be in HEX codes.

Indicators

Edit Indicators on the Scenario Rating Screen

The indicators are used to compare the Scenarios presented by showing the pros and cons. The indicators are optional. There are other layout options available with or without the indicators.

1. Click on the Scenario you want to edit.

2. Click anywhere within the textbox.

3. Enter the indicator value for the selected Scenario. Insert a value between 1 and 100 for each indicator.

Project Selection Screen

Use this workflow when first entering content on the Image Rating Screen:

- Image View: you can quickly edit the Project Titles and images for each Project.
- Organize Items: you can easily plan out the desired number and sequence of categories, images, and subitems.

Edit Items on the Project Selection Screen

Click on the Project you want to edit.
Click anywhere within the textbox.
This is where you can add a cost per project to limit how many projects a participant can choose. This is helpful in educating participants about what limitations you have regarding your budgets.
Change the marker color
- Here is a list of available colors (with their respective HEX Codes) on the Project Selection Screen:
  - Orange (#e39400)
  - Blue (#496ab8)
  - Brown (#bd3d2a)
  - Chocolate (#bd6b3c)
  - Dark Grey (#707070)
  - Gold (#bfa12a)

Standard Survey Screen

Manage Items on the Standard Survey Screen by editing and organizing your content.

Edit Items on the Standard Survey Screen

1. Click on the item you want to edit.
2. Click on the icon to expand the items.
3. Click within the textbox to edit.
4. Select the Question Type. Please see different Question Types below.

Question Types:

Dropdown: Participants can choose one option. 

Answers: Click to Edit, Reorder, Remove and Add answers.
Select prompt: Click to edit the prompt. The default select prompt is set to “Select…”.

Textbox: Participants are asked to enter a short text response. Suitable for answers such as a zip code and email address.

Textbox Type: Select between textbox or a Zip/postal code. The Zip/postal code is character count is set depending on your subscription's home country.
Type prompt: Click to edit the prompt. The default select prompt is set to “Type…”.
Text Limit: The default limit is set to 50 which is plentiful for email addresses, the most common adjustment would pertain to zip codes.

Checklist: Participants can choose multiple options. You are able to restrict the number of options that the participant chooses.

Answers: Click to Edit, Reorder, Remove and Add answers.
Checklist Limit: The default limit is set to 0, change this limit if you would like participants to only select one or more answers.
Checklist style: Checklists can be displayed as inline, two columns or, one column.

Button: Participants can choose one option. 

Answers: Click to Edit, Reorder, Remove and Add answers.

Comment: Participants are asked to enter a longer text response. Suitable for questions that require a longer answer. (500-character limit)

Type prompt: Click to Edit the prompt. The default select prompt is set to “Type…”.

Strategy Rating Screen

Use this workflow when first entering content on the Strategy Rating Screen:

- Edit Items: you can fill out the rest of each category's or image's details.
- Image View: you can quickly edit the Strategy Titles and images for each Strategy.
- Organize Items: you can easily plan out the desired number and sequence of categories, images, and subitems.

1. Click on the Strategy you want to edit.
2. Click on the icon to expand the items.
3. Click anywhere within the textbox.

5. Click the popup content textbox. The Edit Text panel opens. You can edit the text content here.
6. Click on the thumbnail Image to Edit
7. Toggle off to disable strategies.

6. Click on the right image to Edit

- Edit Items: you can fill out the rest of each category's or image's details.
- Image View: you can quickly edit the Strategy Titles and images for each Strategy.
- Organize Items: you can easily plan out the desired number and sequence of categories, images, and subitems.

Edit Items on the Visual Preference Screen

1. Click on the Preference you want to edit.
2. Click within the textbox to edit.
3. Click anywhere within the textbox.
4. Select the image width of your preferred choice.
5. Select the height of the text area of your preferred choice.
6. Add more information about each item in the pop-up content.
7. Toggle off to disable images.

Wrap Up Screen

Manage Items on the Wrap Up Screen by editing and organizing your content.

Edit Items on the Wrap Up Screen

1. Click on the item you want to edit.
2. Click within the textbox to edit.
3. Select the Question Type. Please see different Question Types below.

Question Types:

Dropdown: Participants can choose one option. 

Answers: Click to Edit, Reorder, Remove and Add answers.

Demographic: When turned “on”, the data will be on a separate tab called “Demographic” in the Excel downloads. This allows you to filter participants’ input by the demographic answers.

Textbox Type: Select between textbox or a Zip/postal code. The Zip/postal code is character count is set depending on your subscription's home country.
Private question: Toggle "on" to set the question as private. Questions that ask for information that can identify an individual (ie email, name.) Questions marked as private are kept separate from reports that aggregate the responses.
