In the Analyze phase, the data collection is over. The full data set is available in the Data Center for review, downloads, and analysis. You can either download survey data set as Excel documents from the Data Center for your own analysis or use the Print mode feature to share or export the data center results and graphs.
Welcome Screen
- Visitor: Anyone who visits the Survey URL
- Participant: A subset of Visitors that submits at least 1 data point on the Survey




Daily Traffic by URL: Bar graph illustrating the number of participants per day for each survey URL(If there is only one Live URL, this will be identical to the Daily Traffic graph)

- Total by URL: The total number of visitors and participants for each Live URL.

- All Visit: A line by line breakdown of every visitor. Displays Visit ID, Visit Time (in UTC-7), the URL visited, whether or not they were a participant, and the IP address.
- Crosstab Data
- A comprehensive spreadsheet is displaying all activities of every participant. This includes all the information in the Traffic Data “All Visits” sheet, in addition to the platform used (Web or Mobile), the browser, and specific data they inputted on each screen (How many items ranked/rated, comments, demographic question answers, etc.)
- Session Data
- Another comprehensive spreadsheet is displaying line by line each data point submitted by every participant. This can be useful for detecting duplicate “ballot box stuffers.”

Map Marker Screen

- Clicking on a marker shows the date placed, exact latitude and longitude coordinates, and any comments, if applicable.
- When zoomed out, the map is a heatmap showing areas with the highest volume of markers, while zooming in displays each individual marker

- A section is reserved for each marker and labeled by name. This features a single bar graph showing the number of times the marker has been placed

- A word cloud of the most frequently used words in the comment section

- Table displaying Visitor ID and time, platform used, specific question answered, and text submitted for all private textbox questions. The most used private variable question is “What is your email?”

The Heat Map for zip/postal codes is a feature in your Survey settings that allow you to view the map in the Data Center for codes that have been submitted by participants on the Wrap up Screen. Survey managers will be able to easily view and download the heat map in the Data Center and collect data on where the participants are taking the Survey from.
1) In your Wrap Up Survey Screen, create a question requesting the participant's zip/postal code. Go into your Survey you would like to add this feature to and toggle the zip/postal code option on.
2) Once your Survey is in the engage phase, participants who enter a valid zip/postal codes will be collected for the data canter.
3) Once your Survey has completed the Engage phase and is now ready to analyze, you can go into the Data Center and select Screen 5 or the Wrap Up Screen to see the data your Survey has collected.
Please note that only valid zip/postal codes will be collected and shown in your Heatmap. Any invalid zip/postal codes will not be displayed on the heat map. However, the data will still be collected and visible in the excel report.
