You can access the Data Center during the Engage and Analyze phase through your Survey Dashboard. The Data Center is where you can check out:
- Interactive Reports for each Screen
- Excel Files with your data set available for download
The interactive reports provide a visual summary of your data per Screen. There are several types of data breakdowns available (i.e., Number of Participants, Average Rank, Distribution) and these can be viewed by selecting a different view from the drop-down menu provided.
The tabs above the interactive reports are used to navigate between Screens.
To print the interactive reports, click on the "Enter Print Mode" button on the top of the Data Center and you will be redirected to a printer-friendly version of the interactive reports.
Here are the different types of excel files available for download:
- Traffic Data: This shows both the number of visitors and participants on your Site. It can be found on the Welcome Screen of the Data Center.
- Crosstab Data: Shows each participant’s data in 1 row. This is also found on the Welcome Screen of the Data Center
- Session Data: Features a row for each individual data point collected. This can be downloaded from the Welcome Screen of the Data Center.
- Comment Data: Features a row for each comment response. You can view the overall categorization of the comment, which is defined by the highest percentage, as part of the Sentiment Analysis feature. You can download this report from the Welcome Screen of the Data Center.
- Screen Data: Shows Screen-specific data. This is available for download for all Screens except the Welcome Screen.
Click on any of the excel download buttons to generate the excel file. This may take a few minutes. Please do not refresh your browser while the file is being generated. Once the file is ready, click on the button again to download the file.
If you would like to view your data set during the Engage Phase, you can do this by first refreshing the excel file download to ensure that you are viewing the latest data possible. To refresh, click on the “refresh” icon beside the excel file you would like to download.
Once the date beside the “Refresh” icon updates to your current date and time, click on the excel file that you would like to download, and that will download your most updated data set.
If you are unsure of the date and time your data set was last updated, you can check the file name to make sure that you are downloading the most updated data set. The time stamp on the file name will be in UTC time.
