The MetroQuest Support Team conducts a series of tests to ensure that your Survey is compatible with multiple platforms (i.e., web, tablet, and mobile), browsers and collecting data correctly. MetroQuest requires a 3-business day Pre-Launch period to complete these tests. Ensure that your timeline has taken this period into account.

During the Pre-Launch Phase, your Survey will be locked, and no changes can be made to your Survey at this time. Ensure that you review your Survey a few times before pushing your Survey into Pre-Launch to make sure that everything is finalized.
How to finalize your Survey into the Pre-Launch Phase in:
After 24 to 48 hours from when you entered the Pre-Launch Phase, we will get back to you with your Survey testing results. Here we ask you for more information about your Surveys, such as the content, images, formatting options, and other general information we will need before launching your Survey.
You can review your Survey using the demo link provided in the testing results email and reply to the email with your revisions. It is best practice to review your Survey to ensure no more changes to any text fields and spelling errors.
Once we, the Support Team, receive your response, we will make the final changes and add the necessary information to ensure that your Survey is ready for launch.
